1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OurThreads Shop. By accessing our website (ourthreads.shop) or placing an order for our custom embroidery and apparel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Production

All custom orders are subject to a minimum requirement as specified for each service. Production officially begins only after:

• The final quote has been approved.
• The digital mockup/proof has been signed off by the client.
• Payment or deposit has been received (if applicable).

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos or designs submitted for production. OurThreads Shop is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

4. Returns & Quality Guarantee

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless there is a material defect in the garment or a significant error in decoration that differs from the approved proof.

5. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from the date of artwork approval. While we strive to meet all deadlines, OurThreads Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather-related events.
